Originally coming from the south of England, I came to study Architecture at Edinburgh University predominantly because I was captivated by the city, but also because I was struck by the school’s encouragement of a wide variety of drawing and modelling techniques, and the strong studio culture that exists.

I came to study in Edinburgh because of the University’s reputation and the thought of living in such a great city. Four years of study has been a lot of hard work but I am pleased with how diverse, interesting and engaging the various courses have been.
